G8RTech™, Inc (“G8RTech”), warrants that the G8RSkin™ Shiesty, when used, handled, maintained, and worn strictly in accordance with all use and care instructions, will be substantially free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve months from the purchase date. Products returned to G8RTech and confirmed by us to be defective during the limited warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at G8RTech’s option. No impact protection system can protect a user from all injuries. The G8RSkin™ Shiesty is not a substitute for and must not replace the protective gear, such as helmets, shoulder pads, and restraints, associated with the specific activity engaged in by the user. The G8RSkin™ Shiesty is intended to supplement and to be used in conjunction with standard protective gear.
To maximize the benefits of the G8RSkin™ Shiesty, proper fit and care of the G8RSkin™ Shiesty in combination with other standard protective gear are essential. This includes proper wearing of the correct size of G8RSkin™ Shiesty on the head and neck, washing the G8RSkin™ Shiesty in cold water only using a mild detergent without bleach, and air dried. Do not expose the G8RSkin™ Shiesty to temperatures above 120°F or below -25°F. Users are advised to read and follow all of the other important instructions contained with the product and on the website. Warning: failure to abide by the instructions provided with the G8RSkin™ Shiesty and on the website could reduce the performance of the product and void the limited product warranty.
