Tommy Abel has over 30 years of diverse executive experience in sales and marketing, product development, and operations management for Bank of America, Swift Financial (PayPal), Market Street Funders, Aon, Acima, and Sila Money. Tommy most recently led Sila Money through a successful fundraise and restructuring as CEO, served as the Head of Product and Customer Experience for Acima’s retail sales and lease to own business, the Global Growth Officer for Aon’s Cyber Solutions, and the Chief Operating Officer for Swift Financial which was acquired by PayPal. He began his career at Bank of America and served as the Executive Vice President responsible for Small Business Banking. Throughout his career, Tommy has successfully introduced new products and services across multiple markets and industries, building scale and distribution. Tommy received his BA in Economics from Bucknell University where he also played on the Men’s Varsity Lacrosse Team
