Frank Mahar

Frank Mahar joined Genesco Sports Enterprises, Inc. (GSE) in 1997 and currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel. He handles all legal aspects of GSE’s business and is a member of the GSE Executive Team. Frank also leads the athlete procurement efforts on behalf of GSE clients. He has negotiated endorsement partnerships on behalf of such blue-chip clients that include Pepsi-Cola, Frito Lay, Anheuser Busch, Sleep Number, American Airlines, T-Mobile, 7-Eleven, Lowes, and Campbell Soup Company.

Frank has a B.A from Oswego State, an M.A in Sports Management from East Carolina University, a J.D from Southern Methodist University School of Law and is a member of the Texas Bar.

G8RTech™, Inc (“G8RTech”), warrants that the G8RSkin™ Shiesty, when used, handled, maintained, and worn strictly in accordance with all use and care instructions, will be substantially free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve months from the purchase date. Products returned to G8RTech and confirmed by us to be defective during the limited warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at G8RTech’s option. THIS STATES G8RTECH’S SOLE OBLIGATION, AND THE USER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY RELATED TO THE G8RSKIN™ SHIESTY. To maximize the benefits of the G8RSkin™ Shiesty, proper fit and care of the G8RSkin™ Shiesty in combination with other standard protective gear are essential. This includes proper wearing of the correct size of G8RSkin™ Shiesty on the head and neck, washing the G8RSkin™ Shiesty in cold water only using a mild detergent without bleach, and air dried. Do not expose the G8RSkin™ Shiesty to temperatures above 120°F or below -25°F. Users are advised to read and follow all of the other important instructions contained with the product and on the website. Warning: failure to abide by the instructions provided with the G8RSkin™ Shiesty and on the website could reduce the performance of the product and void the limited product warranty.
