G8RTech™, Inc (“G8RTech”), warrants that the G8RSkin™ Shiesty, when used, handled, maintained, and worn strictly in accordance with all use and care instructions, will be substantially free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve months from the purchase date. Products returned to G8RTech and confirmed by us to be defective during the limited warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at G8RTech’s option. THIS STATES G8RTECH’S SOLE OBLIGATION, AND THE USER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY RELATED TO THE G8RSKIN™ SHIESTY. THIS REMEDY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY ALTERATION, MISUSE, MISHANDLING, OR ACCIDENT. G8RTECH DOES NOT WARRANT OR GIVE ANY ASSURANCES THAT THE G8RSKIN™ SHIESTY WILL PROTECT AGAINST ALL OR ANY INJURIES, OR WILL DIMINISH THE TYPE OR SEVERITY OF INJURIES BY ANY DEGREE. The information regarding the G8RSkin™ Shiesty’s protective benefits represent data obtained from third party laboratory testing, and not from field testing of the final product on actual users. This information does not give assurance of any level of performance, protection, or benefit offered by the G8RSkin™ Shiesty. G8RTech does not represent or warrant that the information is complete, accurate, or current, and reserves the right to delete, update, and modify such information at any time without prior notice.

To maximize the benefits of the G8RSkin™ Shiesty, proper fit and care of the G8RSkin™ Shiesty in combination with other standard protective gear are essential. This includes proper wearing of the correct size of G8RSkin™ Shiesty on the head and neck, washing the G8RSkin™ Shiesty in cold water only using a mild detergent without bleach, and air dried. Do not expose the G8RSkin™ Shiesty to temperatures above 120°F or below -25°F. Users are advised to read and follow all of the other important instructions contained with the product and on the website. Warning: failure to abide by the instructions provided with the G8RSkin™ Shiesty and on the website could reduce the performance of the product and void the limited product warranty.
