G8RTech™, Inc (“G8RTech”), warrants that the G8RSkin™ Shiesty, when used, handled, maintained, and worn strictly in accordance with all use and care instructions, will be substantially free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve months from the purchase date. Products returned to G8RTech and confirmed by us to be defective during the limited warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at G8RTech’s option. Products returned to G8RTech and confirmed by us to be defective during the limited warranty period (12 months) will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
