G8RTech Highlight of the Week and Highlight of the Year Challenges
$20,000 in Total Prize Money
In partnership with the Passion Grant Foundation, G8RTech is holding the “Highlight of the Week” challenge as well as the “Highlight of the Year” challenge for all sports during the fall 2025 season. Winners will earn prize money for their school’s athletic program. The challenge will run weekly starting September 1st until late December, with the specific weekly schedule and prize amounts enumerated below. There will be a total of $7,500 in prize money awarded across all the weekly contest winners, and a total of $12,500 in prize money awarded to the full year contest winners.
Eligibility
- Participants must submit a video in which they are wearing a G8RTech product (i.e. G8RSkin, G8RSkin Shiesty, G8RSkin Lux, G8RSkin Ark, G8RSkin ICE, or G8RGuard).
- The participant must be enrolled in an eligible school (see below) and be at least 12 years of age or older.
- Any player participant who is not at least 18 years of age must obtain a parent/legal guardian permission prior to submitting a video and each time (s)he does so.
- The player participant must be participating in athletics associated with an eligible school organization, which are 501(c)(3) organizations, and other organizations eligible for charitable contributions as determined by IRS publication 526.
- Videos submitted must be from an associated game. Practices and non-organized competitions are not eligible for entry.
- For the weekly contest, highlights must have occurred during competitions taking place during the applicable week per the schedule below, and be submitted according to the schedule below.
- For the year contest, highlights must have occurred during competitions taking place during the period between August 1, 2025 through December 27, 2025, and be submitted according to the schedule below.
- All sports are eligible for entry, except if and when stated otherwise within the below schedule for select contests.
