Mal Vivek is the CEO and managing partner of Avasoft, a products and solutions company headquartered in Blue Bell, PA that leverages technology to achieve transformational results for their clients. She comes from a strong data science background initially starting out in computational biology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center’s Center for Molecular Oncology and from there, she went on to build Avasoft’s digital transformation practice. G8RTech™, Inc (“G8RTech”), warrants that the G8RSkin™ Shiesty, when used, handled, maintained, and worn strictly in accordance with all use and care instructions, will be substantially free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve months from the purchase date. Products returned to G8RTech and confirmed by us to be defective during the limited warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at G8RTech’s option. THIS STATES G8RTECH’S SOLE OBLIGATION, AND THE USER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY RELATED TO THE G8RSKIN™ SHIESTY. To maximize the benefits of the G8RSkin™ Shiesty, proper fit and care of the G8RSkin™ Shiesty in combination with other standard protective gear are essential. This includes proper wearing of the correct size of G8RSkin™ Shiesty on the head and neck, washing the G8RSkin™ Shiesty in cold water only using a mild detergent without bleach, and air dried. Do not expose the G8RSkin™ Shiesty to temperatures above 120°F or below -25°F. Users are advised to read and follow all of the other important instructions contained with the product and on the website.
